50NL: I want to pick off a bluff, have reads, can I?

Villain 24/17/2/100 and I have been battling a bit. The very last orbit He donked into me on a 633 2-tone board. I raised his donk repping an overpair, he folded.

This hand he instacalled the turn when the flush hit. When I showed weakness I planned to consider calling a bet, he bet a good amount for value/bluff I'd think.

Due to preflop I feel he can't have a better overpair, so he's either got flush, low pocket pair, or complete air. Given recent history I feel like I have to call at least some % of the time. Thoughts? How's my line up to this point?
