Im a Noob, 2 easy questions

k so what are the images called like the one in my profile? I wanna search for more, but don't know what these moving pictures are really called.

And this is prob. retarded, but having trouble posting an image in the threads. I tried by getting the address from "properties" under picture info, but that jsut posts a link to that image and not the image itself.
