How in the world do you play this hand? Need advice on Overpair...

Maybe raise more before the flop? Still, what to do if you raise 3/4x and he comes out with double the pot on a flop like this? So confused....do you just dump it on the flop right there, after raising preflop and having all low cards come? if you think he's on a draw or an overpair, do you push right here? Or do you just call allllllllllllllll the way down....again so confused, to early to have a read on his play.
