Prop bets with a Hot Dog Eating contest

After seeing Joey Chestnut crush the Axis of Evil I am really tempted to run my own Nathan's hot dog eating contest in my own degenerate house. How many prop bets can you place on this aside from the obvious "most in X amount of time"?

Also the thought of me dipping a hot dog bun into water to eat it faster makes me want to vomit on the spot... also if we do this there will be tons of photos and updates on the wagers, I just want to know if the BBV community is interested in this at all?
