Default AJs gross spot in reraised pot

I have never played with villain in this hand, although he seems to be playing TAG, and he seems to know what he's doing. I've been playing for probably about an hour at this table with him and the only big confrontation we had was this:

I open for 70 on button with AQo, he makes it 230 from SB, I make it 520 he calls, we check it down on a rag board and he shows QTs. So that's sort of dubious preflop play on his part, but other than that I haven't seen him get out of line, and we haven't really been battling.

Main hand

4-5 handed at this point, 10/20NL
effective stacks about 2100

Button opens for 60, I make it 210 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], villain cold calls the 210 from the BB and the button mucks.

Flop:A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($480)

Action? I check, villain quickly bets $411, I think for 5 seconds and call.

Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($1302)

I check, villain shoves for pot fairly quickly. My move?

I'll post my thoughts after a few responses.
