people only pump your gas in new jersey and oregon afaik. i have never had anyone pump my gas, and i know that the reason oregon has pumping is because it is mandated by a backwards-as-[censored]-law, which is the explanation for most of the reasons why oregon is so weird.

we have gas stations here appearently in teh lou that are full service pumps, I accidentally pulled up, got out, started pumping my gas, realized that there was nowhere to pay at the pump etc, and a gas attendant just standing there staring at me...I was like wtf is going on? it was lame and I felt like an idiot getting back in my car and pulling aroudn to the other side of the station with normal pumps.
