Default 200NL How to react to being 3bet light?

Reads: Villain is 30/20/1.7 over 50 hands. I have been VERY active over the last couple of orbits, to the point where it is fairly obvious that I am raising a wide range of hands from late position (stats were something like 38/34/inf over 50). I have picked up multiple small pots, and no one has played back at me yet.

For the sake of arguement lets say, villain is 3-betting us very light in this spot, and we are not folding.

Questions:

Given we are in position, is calling better than 4betting?

If you are calling, what is you plan for the flop?

If you choose to 4-bet, how much and what is your plan if villain 5-bets?
