Tampa poker rooms rebuys on n/l games

Can anyone who has played at any or all of these rooms (Tampa hard rock, derbylane, Tampa dog track, Tampa bay downs) confirm the rebuy rules for no limit. From what i hear hard rock $300 max and reload back up to $300 if you need to in 1/2. the tracks from what i heard are all buy $100 and cant rebuy until you loss all. If you have $10 left you still cant rebuy. Is That true?
