I can't piss straight after sex/jerking off

So this has happened like 3 times now and it's kinda annoying. Anyone else experienced it:

Generally after sex or a good jerking session I'm really tired so just roll over and go to sleep. During that time, the semen kinda creates a crust or bridge over my pee-hole. When I wake up and go to the bathroom, the initial burst can't break through the dried up cum and it finds the path of least resistance - that is, 2 jets of urine spray out to the sides, hitting the wall on one side and the sink on the other. Or if I'm really unlucky, it kinda sprays backwards and I get a stream of urine all over my feet.

Any suggestions what I should do? Just give my head a really good rub down on the sheets before I go to sleep? Get my gf to suck it clear? I'm staying at my gf's mom's house right now, and the bathroom's beginning to smell pretty bad. The stains on the wall/base of the sink are really building up and going a brown/yellow color and totally grossing me out every time I go in there.
