I really wish I had sent something like $5 in retrospect that he could not reciprocate, but I sort of blew the whistle too soon. I know he has had some successful transfers here, but I deep down think they are only a result of him almost getting caught. I would email FTP or PM FTPDoug to get his "issues" straightened out.
