Default AQ against tight player

Villain is very tight 14/4/2 and not too aggressive - we both have about 100BB stacks. I have a good hand, but at the same time what can I beat? I am a nl newbie, so just not sure what to do here.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $33.55
BB: $100.00
Hero (UTG): $113.45
MP: $107.00
CO: $116.90
BTN: $108.60

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, MP folds, CO calls $3.50, BTN folds, SB calls $3.00, BB folds

Flop: ($11.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $9.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $27.00</font>, SB folds, Hero ????
