Default this is on my top 5 list of worst spots in ssnl

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (3 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Button raises to $3, Hero raises to $11, BB :#A500AF(villan)/ calls $10, Button folds.

Flop: ($25) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero??????????????

this is what i think of this exact spot and why this is one of the worst spots in ssnl. when villan cold called he has to have JJ, QQ ,AK and very rarely has 1010,KK. since i also have AK well count that out for now. So heres the problem. If i flop a pair then villan can get away from his hand with no regrets. But if i dont pair up then it probably means that villan has an over pair. and about 98% of 100nl players are unable to fold an overpair. and to top this terrible spot off, im out of position. so i cant see a free turn by a villan who plans a check/raise all in . and if i check he autobets. so what do u guys recommend i do here? ive been thinking of just calling riases with AK out of position and rr almost always in position. ive had good results doing it.
and for any 100nl players reading this, please tell me if u agree that noone can fold overpairs.
