live in US, neteller acct has been closed?!

tried logging into my neteller account today, and i got this message:

am i the only one? fwiw, before this, everything was 'standard' on my account - tried to withdrawal funds in january, had them frozen for 5 months, then a few weeks ago the transaction was finally declined and the money was back in my account but i couldn't anything with it. i think as of a week or two ago (the last time i tried logging in), the account was still active. any idea whats going on?
