Default PS 6.50s Unsure about AQ and QJ in these spots

Ok this is the QJ hand. Stack is getting short, blinds are getting high - SNGWiz tells me this is a fold though, but only marginally. The big stacks on my left are fairly tight and I put them on ~15% calling, the BB is bit more loose and I gave him 25%. Do I have any FE with my stack? Do you push?

2. This is the AQ hand. SNGwiz tells me this is a fold and I should only push AK, TT+. But folding seems to nitty. I raised 3x planning to fold to a push from a few tight players I had noted and call a push from a looser player. Is this ok ? Or should I just push or fold (and if so which)?
