Default NL25: Playing a strong draw correctly

I got a lot of help with these kinds of hands recently from the forum and I've reread the section in NLHTAP. But, I still don't feel like I have my head totally around the concepts involved, so I'd like to do a street by street with this hand from today.

Questions:

a) pf ok?
b) how much to bet the flop?
