Best way to convert cash to paper

Can I go into a bank with X amount of dollars, get a draft made for it, and pay for it in the cash?

Without raising alarms?

Like if I want to walk into a bank with $100,000 cash, can I trade it for a draft? Or if I want to wire it to a casino? Will they just call the police? Specifically in Canada, but I would welcome American responses as well.

I need to de-cashify some money.
