I get into the grinding every day sometimes too, but I could never do it if I wasn't always moving up stakes just a little faster than I should. No idea how you do this playing 100NL the whole time.

Seriously though, if I were you I'd go to Aruba or something for a week, and while I was there I'd strongly consider quitting my day job (unless it pays a ton). Then, when you come back, just play 2/4. The games aren't that different and I think 26,000 hands at 1/2 is plenty if you only had one losing day the whole time.
