I've only observed one big hand with villain, where he called all in on the turn with TPGK on wet board, and it held up against someone's bluff. He seems to stack off fairly light. The river decision here is between calling and reraising all in. No draws have completed, and I'm ahead of K9. If he flopped a set, then villain bets the turn? These are all arguments for raising. On the other hand, river raises are usually monsters or bluffs, so there usually isn't a lot of value reraising without the nuts. So should I call, or make a thin value raise?
