2/4 B&M - play differently due to bad beat?
So lately the bad beat has been climbing at the local casino poker room and with only 8 tables maximum in play there's a pretty decent chance of being part of it so long as I put in the hours.
The question: do you play hands differently due to the bad beat? My usual 2/4 B&M table is very loose and passive. So for example, due to the rising bad beat should I be playing suited 1/2/3 gap cards from anywhere; a couple of weeks ago I chucked T7s UTG and of course made my straight flush by the turn (thankfully no one else made a hand), worth playing with a big bad beat? For example, the other day I raised with pocket aces and then checked both the flop and turn after flopping quads, hoping that someone would quad up themselves. Or should I just play as normal?
