Default ISAP?

I don't post much on 2+2 but I stalk regularly... thought it was time to make my first post in this forum.

I typically play live poker, but just recently started playing more online. I know that the swings are bad and variance is huge. I usually play STGs ($12 turbos or $11/reg) on Full Tilt. I play the $11/45 man tourneys a bit too. IF I'm feeling frisky I move up to the $20 level every once in awhile.

Below is a graph for first 100 games or so. I have two questions:
1) While I know swings are large, it seems like I'm either really hot or really cold. Ideally, you would want a more gradual upslant right? Anybody else experience this kind of pattern?
2) I think it might be helpful for me to track more specifically my stats on hands I'm playing etc. I typically use a mac to play though. Anyone know of any good pokertracker-like software for macs?

I know that 100 games isn't a lot, but I would like to get a feel for if this is standard and maybe take steps to correct any bad habits..

Thanks.
