Default $16 Stars: 10 10 facing raise from big stack

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

CO (t1585)
Button (t1585)
SB (t725)
Hero (t3525)
UTG (t2375)
MP (t3705)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T, T.
1 fold</font>, MP raises to t625</font>, 4 folds</font>.

Final Pot: t750

villian was playing relatively loose. in SNGwiz i put him opening with 25% and calling with 20% and it said i should be pushing over him with 99+ and AQ+ i think. however i feel like 10 10 was going to be a coin flip at best, which i was not willing to take so late in the game against the big stack. any thoughts?
