Decent draw facing all in on flop

Villain is 20/13/2.2 and is fairly solid. I've been betting a little light so his first raise doesn't really mean a great hand. When he shoves all in though I think he has at least two pair or possibly a very good draw of his own. Do I have the odds to call this?
