Default NL400 QQ odd preflop situation

SB bought in short (80$) didnt do anything for a while, got it in pre with AK and doubled up. he has been doing this preflop shove a fair number of times now. obviously i would like to call here since i'd guess his range is something like 1010+ AQ+.
thing is UTG is a rock playing 13/8 or something like that ( from memory ) and probably never opens without a fair hand here.
so my plan is calling SB and folding if UTG shoves? what if UTG just comes along, am i shutting down instantly then? help

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

CO ($348.50)
Button ($335.10)
SB ($162.60)
Hero ($1320.36)
UTG ($484)
MP ($486.52)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
