Default [16s] A-8 in BB facing a raise from loose idiot

He was probably opening 30%. I have zero fold equity. In these situations I should just suppose SB had pushed and fold correct?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button (t2535)
SB (t4120)
Hero (t1425)
UTG (t2217)
MP (t3203)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
