wtf does this guy do? (bathroom experience)

Alright, so I'm sitting in one of the stalls at my office taking a [censored]. I hear the door to the bathroom open, someone walks over to the urinal and unzips. I can tell who the guy is because he was just getting off the phone when he came in. He's an older guy (probably like 50). So he starts pissing - and he's making all this noise, like grunting. And you can hear the piss coming out like 1 squirt at a time (almost like what happens when you have a hard on and try to piss).

So this goes on for a few moments and then he goes over to the sink and washes his hands. So I was like okay, he's old and has to force it out. I was expecting him to walk out of the bathroom then, but instead he walks into the stall beside me and unzips his pants again. I can see his feet under the edge of the stall and they're aimed sideways (like he is definitely not sitting on the head) and I hear him unrolling the toilet paper ... so I figure he's wiping the seat off.

Nope, I hear him wiping his ass then. He gets more toiled paper like 4-5 times and then flushes the toilet, pulls his pants back up, washes his hands again, and leaves.

So wtf? Did he try to piss so much that he [censored] his pants? I'm so confused...

edit: and oh yea, today was the 3rd time this happened...
