Is Dave & Buster's a super ghetto place where you live?

I think D&B used to be provately held, and is now a public company. If so, that would explain the decline.

The one in Frisco is still really nice, but it's only like 5 years old and is in a rich neighborhood.

But yeah, the one at 35 & Walnut Hill is definitely ghetto. I think it might have more to do with the location (it's surrounded by strip clubs) than whether it's privately or publicly held.
