Why do people think or keep forward the notion that government controlled health care is "free?"

So, in this other countries I guess the doctors, hospitals, drug makers, etc.. all get paid nothing for their services? Unless that statement is true I'd like someone to explain how it's free.

Wait....what????!! Are you telling me Moore misleads, misstates facts or lies in his "documentaries?" I could believe this about someone like say Al Gore...but Michael Moore...no way!!
