Default Re: Is Multi-Tabling A Sign Of A Good Player?

[ QUOTE ]
If you come across a player online who is multi-tabling should that alert you to the thought that the player in question is a good player, who is maximizing his expectation or is it some fish to hasty to wait for a hand to finish?

[/ QUOTE ]

It can be any of the two, or somewhere in between, but in terms of probability, someone who's multitabling (3+ tables) is much more likely to be a winning player than someone who is not. Have in mind however, that most players are not winners, so that means a multitabling player isn't all that likely to be a winner. Also have in mind that being a winner doesn't really mean you're good, just that you're good enough to beat the rake.
