50NL: Medicore overpair v. flop c/rai
Villain a typical Russian lagTAG, 23/16/6/800 hands. Tough and aggro. Marginal winner over my 800 logged hands. But clearly these guys do get their aggro timing wrong from time to time.
................................................ I thought about checking flop to avoid exactly this situation - him pushing with any cc hand/maybe naked Ac/maybe 77-99/maybe overcards. But hell, I've shown plenty of strength and surely can't let him draw and just give up the initiative? Fwiw, he tanked a reasonable amount of time before shoving. Thanks. ................................................
