Live 1-2 hand at Motor City. Flop TP/FD

Villain in this hand is very LAG but is the only aggressive player at the table. I would put him at 60/30. I have seen him raise big with very marginal hands when he senses weakness. I caught him on two fairly large pots early on and he definitely has it in for me.

I have approximately $600 and Villain $300 at the start of this hand.

Villain limps UTG, 3 other limpers and I am the SB in a 1-2-2 blind structure so I check 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]and the BB checks.

$12 in the pot for the flop of 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I bet??? $10, BB folds, villain raises to $35 everyone else folds......what is my best play?
