Default NL10 - JJ and tricky turn decision

Hey all,

Haven't played any poker for about a month now so thought I'd try a few hands at NL10 to ease me back into it when this happens:
Comments on all streets appreciated!

Villain is 17/4.6/0.8 over approx 200 hands

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $21.90
BB: $18.75
UTG: $11.80
MP: $13.05
CO: $9.20
Hero (BTN): $29.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, MP calls $0.10, CO folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.50</font>, SB calls $0.45, 2 folds

Flop: ($1.20) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $0.80</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $2.40</font>, Hero calls $1.60
Uncalled bet of $0.00 returned to Hero

Turn: ($6) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets all-in for $19.00</font>, Hero ??
