Found an endorsed check - What would you do?

Going to get the mail last night, I found a folded check in the middle of my driveway. It was sort of bent up, so it had obviously been in someone's pocket and fell out. It was signed, both on the front and back with no "for deposit only" garbage. Should I cash it or mail it to one of the people? I've intentionally left the amount of the check out of this post, so if it matters, what is your cutoff point before you would try and cash it?
