Default Re: Official Ultimate Bet Cashout Thread

Well, it had been 6 weeks and still no check, so I emailed UB and here is their reply.

Greetings and Salutations,

Thank you for contacting us in regards to this issue.

We have recently changed our cheque processors, as we, nor our customers, were satisfied with our previous processor's efficiency or
work ethic. It seems that almost from the get go they were never completely forthcoming with information regarding our cheque
requests, which have led to numerous problems.

After switching from the old processor, they informed us that cheque withdrawal requests within a certain time frame were never sent
out. Prior to this, they had assured us that the requests were both issued and sent out by regular mail. Our new processor has gone
through the information given to them in regards to the older requests that were never sent out, and are working to remedy the
previous processor's mistakes and to make up for the old processor's shortcomings.

Our new processor has been kind enough to provide us with daily updates, and to give us firm ship dates, and delivery estimates. The
information provided to us by our processor states that your withdrawal will only be sent out after 11 June 2007. After it has been
sent out, it should take roughly 10 business days to arrive. All future cheque withdrawals handled after this backlog has been sent
out by the processor, should arrive in roughly the same time frame.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and for the delay. We hope this new processor can meet our and your needs, both now
and in the future. If you need any further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us again.

Sincerely,
Peterson
Payments Department
