FTP Ironman Store WTFism...Calling FTP Doug!

I purchased a $24 tourney token in the FTP Ironman Store on June 1. 140 Ironman medals were immediately deducted from my account. I still had not received the token on June 5 so I sent FTP an e-mail. On June 6, I received their response apologizing for the delay, telling me about a large volume of purchases, assuring me my token would eventually arrive, blah, blah, blah, etc. On June 8, I still hadn't received the token so I sent another e-mail. I got a reply on June 9 that said the same thing as their previous reply, blah, blah, blah.

It's now June 11 and still no token. Anyone else having a similar problem with Ironman Store purchases?
