Default NL50 3bets OOP with mediocre hands and good pot odds

I have been more active than normally at this table, close to 30/25, partly because I have been getting good hands, and partly because table is very easy to push around, either my preflop raise or my cbet takes down the pot 90% of the time.

My first instinct is to fold to a 3bet OOP, but their 3bets are quite small and they offer me real good pot odds. To a "normal" 3bet to about 6ish or so I would fold the QJ instantly and AQs probably most of the time too.

Can I call these 3bets profitably or is this horrible?
