Preflop from BB and river decision

This hand looks like an easy fold preflop but is it? It appears to me I need about 11:1 to call preflop (thinking I needed to hit at least 2pr, trips, or a 4 flush on the flop)and am only getting 7:1. But the table is playing pretty loose and I felt like I had implied odds in my favor. Your opinion.

River decision. Please don't just say fold pre-flop and go away because I need your opinion on the river as well.

Early raiser is tight and pretty aggressive 18/9/2.5 I have him for 145 hands. So we can be sure we are behind preflop.

CO villian is loose and passive after 75 hands he is 57/0/.88

Obviously enough pot odds to draw for a flush if we think a flush will win it. Will a flush win here, against this villain, often enough to draw at these 6.2:1 pot odds?
