Default How to Interpret donbest.com Historic Baseball Moneylines and Totals

Hi, sorry for the very basic question but I am knew to sports betting. I was trying to gather historic moneyline and totals info on baseball from donbest.com. I'm not sure how to interpret what I see there.

Q1: When donbest.com only lists one number such as -120 for the moneyline should I assume that the underdog was at +130 or is that information unknown?

Q2: When the Total line is listed as 7 1/2u15 what does the 15 mean?

Thanks.

Q3: What about a Total line of 9?
