5 high is not a reason for folding.

The pot is offering you the odds to call here and you're on the button.

If his range for minraising PF is very tight your implied odds when hitting a hand are very high, if his range is fairly wide for PF minraise the pot odds/button make a fold pretty bad here?

I guess it would depend on a few things, but I'm basing this on a generic most people with tight ranges raise more PPs as a % of their raising hands compared to people that min 3-bet wide doing so with a lot more non-paired hands, of which you stack up a hell of a lot better against.

Anyways, why are you worried about another queen if he has an over pair? That's probably one of the best cards I would want to see with an overpair on the turn, except obviously my trips.
