Default $16 AA early: Push turn? Scary river

Early in the game, opps have been quiet so far.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 (t1515)
Hero (t1495)
CO (t2670)
Button (t1450)
SB (t170)
BB (t1500)
UTG (t1720)
UTG+1 (t1480)
MP1 (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, MP1 calls t20, 1 fold, Hero raises to t80, 1 fold, Button calls t80, 1 fold, BB calls t60, MP1 calls t60.

Flop: (t330) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets t200, Button calls t200, BB folds, MP1 calls t200.

Turn: (t930) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets t400, Button calls t400, MP1 folds.

River: (t1730) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero ???

Since I didn't push the turn, do I get it all in here? The 9 or the T has me killed now, and a push will only be called when I am beat. So what are my options? I don't have enough chips to block, it would seem all I have left is check/call or check/fold.
