Why no tracking info on Pokerstars checks?

Seems kind of strange that if I order a 10 dollar windbreaker from the FPP store I'm emailed a tracking # and get in 4 days (counting the weekend) Yet I've been waiting on a check since the 23rd which they told me was shipped express mail (an overnight service) and they don't provide any tracking information.

My checks in the mid 4 figures and I can afford to wait for it if need be but to tell me to wait 15 days for an overnight delivery seems kind of weird. I've asked them to do a stop payment and just put the money into epassporte but am told that it's not possible.
