Default Why do the loosest players complain the most about bad beats?

Note: I play 2/4 online and 6/12 live

I've seen a full ring 80+vpip player go nuts and type in the chat box that they can't win because everyone always calls.

The same thing happens live. Really bad loose players complain about the other bad loose players. Here's what I don't understand:
They usually don't target me. I'll take a loose players money with a decent draw or a strong hand and they don't mind very much. Sometimes I even get complimented for playing well.
