Default 25NL - Learning my lesson with Ace-rag OOP

I think in hindsight I really hate every street here, including PF, but for some reason this hand confused me at the time.

BB's sorta bad, and too willing to commit a lot with marginal hands. Button just sat down, so I don't know what the limp means.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($4.75)
MP ($23.65)
CO ($24.20)
Button ($17.55)
Hero ($63.60)
BB ($29.80)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Button calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, BB calls $0.75, Button calls $0.75.

Flop: ($3) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, BB checks, Button checks.

Turn: ($3) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero

I didn't feel like betting TPNK OOP into two opponents on the flop, especially when I'm not getting called much by anything I beat (except FD's). Should I have bet the flop?

And should I be bet-folding this turn?
