Default $0.10 BB NL: nut flush with paired bored

SB: $4.80
BB: $8.75
Hero (UTG): $10.75
CO: $16.55
BTN: $10.25

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $0.40, CO folds, BTN calls $0.40, SB calls $0.35, BB folds

Flop: ($1.30) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.00, BTN calls $1.00, SB folds

Turn: ($3.30) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.25, Hero raises to $3.00, BTN calls $1.75

River: ($9.30) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero ???, BTN ???

Questions:

1. Should i be afraid of the paired bored and hence a possible full house?

2. Was my check raise enough in value? Looking back I think maybe $4 would have been better?

3. How should I approach the river from here?
