50nl Villain instapots river

Villain is 43/22 over 90 hands. A big donk and seems to play mildly aggressive in weird spots. In the hand the only timing tell I remember is that he instapotted the river with the bet pot button. Does anyone ever make this call since all draws missed, and my hand looks to be very weak.
