Help...does this present suck?

Hi,
Need a bit of help. It's my gf's birthday on Monday. I was thinking of getting her a digital camera, cuz it's pretty much the only thing I can think of. As well as this, I'm quite sure she would get loads of use out of it, going out and with college etc.

Only problem is, I gave her a camera about 1.5 months ago. It was one of the ones that Party sent out to their VIPs at Christmas. It's an awful camera, and I gave it to her telling her so, because I already had one and I had no use for it etc. It takes crappy shots - a lot of them come out all red and blurry.

So...should I get her a new one for her birthday? Is that really lacking in imagination?
