Night play vs Day play

I play at local rooms about 1-3 times a week. I'd say that I have a bit more time in playing during the day hours like from 11-2 than night time play. I know that a lot more and lot worse players in general come out to play poker at night but I always have my best and most winning sessions during the day when I play. Anyone else have this as well? I feel more awake and alert for sure. It gets to be around 10 or 11 pm and I start to get tired and lose my focus. This usually spells a losing session for me when this starts. I know that there are usually a bit better players out in the daytime hours but I just like playing more during the day for shorter sessions.
