Default TT flops a set. Getting Creative. ($100)

Reads:
UTG has been at the table for 30 hands and has done nothing memorable
UTG+1 has been at the table with me since the start of the tournament. We had a previous hand in the 15/30 level where he limped pf in the highjack and I raised with 9Ts. He check called the KK7r flop and check-called the 2 on the turn which brought his flush draw. He checked the river when he made his flush and I checked behind with my whiffed 3 barrel bluff (also 9Ts). I know that he is capable of calling to take the pot away on a later street if he senses weakness. Aside from that hand he has been splashing around a lot and had been picking up a lot of hands on the turn and river without showdown.

Avg stack is 3250.

UTG - 2,400
UTG+1 - 6,000
Hero - 3,000

Hero has TT UTG+2.

Blinds are 30/60

Preflop:
UTG raises to 180, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls, everyone else folds.

Flop (630): A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets 630, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls.

Turn (1890): 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks

this is a read dependent play but I felt that he was likely to fire any river. Obviously I would kick myself if the J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] fell but I am planning on probably calling a spade river

River: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG+1 bets 1200, hero shoves for 1,000 more.
