Visiting Moscow, Russia: What should I do/don't do?

Hey all,

I'm spending 5 days in Moscow, Russia in around 2 months time. Russia has always interested me greatly, the history, the controversy, and how different this place is to the rest of Europe. However, my feeling says Russia is probably not a place to take lightly.

Has anyone been to Moscow? What kind of advice would you give? Tips and tricks? Whats the best way to not get ripped off? What things in Moscow are a must see? Feel free to share any stories from previous trips.

Also, this is a long shot, but are there any EDF's in Moscow?
