Default TT set vs 77 set on flop

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 9 Players –
SB: $11.15
Hero (BB): $10.10
UTG: $10.85
UTG+1: $7.10
MP1: $3.05
MP2: $10.30
MP3: $8.50
CO: $9.70
BTN: $5.05

Reads:
UTG+1: He is a very very loose player, He call all bets preflop, and postflop goes to turn all hands.

CO: semi loose player, once time i see with K9s hand calling all $0,2 betting on Jhigh board

Preflop: Hero is dealt Ts Tc (9 Players)
UTG calls $0.10, UTG+1 calls $0.10, 3 folds, CO calls $0.10, 2 folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.45) Qh 7s Td (4 Players)
Hero bets $0.30, UTG calls $0.30, UTG+1 calls $0.30, CO raises to $1.00, Hero calls $0.70, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $0.70

<font color="blue"> Was my flopplay good? Is not $0,3 to little? Was the right way only calling the CO raise?
I thinked, preflop was not raise, I hoped CO not slowplaying QQ. I thinked he had 2pairs or set.</font>

Turn: ($3.75) Qh 7s Td 8c (3 Players)
Hero bets $2.00, UTG+1 folds, CO calls $2.00

River: ($7.75) Qh 7s Td 8c Jc (2 Players)
Hero bets $3.00, CO calls $3.00

Pot Size: $13.75 ($1.35 Rake)

CO had 7h 7c (three of a kind, Sevens) and LOST (-$6.10)
Hero had Ts Tc (three of a kind, Tens) and WON (+$6.30)

<font color="blue"> Any idea how was I wrong? Ok, I won the party, but im not sure the my betting structure was correct all street.</font>
