Default 200+BB deep-- What\'s my line to maximize value here?

Villain is 21/11/2 over about 180 hands. Seemed to be playing pretty well and not making any big mistakes. I was torn on the turn as to whether or not I wanted to just call, as I felt this player could get away from a one pair hand, but I also suspect that giving a free card here this deep is suicidal. Call the turn here hoping to trap him into making a bet on the river, or raise hoping to get a call or all in?

ps: my goal here is to maximize my value, but being over 200BB deep, is there EVER a fold if he pushes the turn?
